GENERAL REGULATIONS OF THE FAST & VIP SERVICES - valid for on-line bookings

Purchase conditions

Fast Track and VIP Lounge services, identified with the name and logo “Fast&Vip”, can be purchased directly on line or at airport ticket offices by all passengers departing from Bergamo Orio al Serio Airport. The complete package of services includes access to the two VIP lounges and passage through the Fast Track lane. Tickets to the Fast Track lane only can also be purchased individually. A subscription booklet is available for both products. All methods of using the service are described in the “Conditions of use”.

On-line sales of the service entitled “Fast & Vip” are managed entirely by Moma Comunicazione s.r.l., with registered offices in Viale Papa Giovanni XXIII 121 24121 Bergamo, Italy, through its website www.fastandvip.it.

S.a.c.b.o. S.p.A is the final provider of the airport services purchased on line and under no circumstances, in any case in so far as it does not contradict current legislation, may the user request compensation for direct and/or indirect damage suffered while purchasing the services entitled “Fast & Vip” through the internet.

The on-line purchase procedure of Fast Track and VIP Lounge services on the website www.fastandvip.it is carried out in the following way:

  1. select the service from the applicable menu or from the relevant logo
  2. indicate the quantity required in the box
  3. click on “add to shopping basket”
  4. repeat the operation for each additional product you wish to purchase
  5. after having finished your selection, click on the shopping basket to display the list of products
  6. proceed to checkout, entering any personal data requested and any information concerning the method of payment chosen. Payment can be made with the principal credit cards.

Once the purchase procedures have been authorised and payment confirmed, the customer will receive an e-mail at the address supplied containing a PIN/BARCODE, which must be printed, kept safely and shown to authorised staff at the airport prior to accessing the VIP lounges and passed in front of the scanner positioned at the entrance of the Fast Track lane.

In order to make the purchase via internet, the user must provide his/her personal data in compliance with the provisions of the “privacy” section of the website www.fastandvip.it

Terms and conditions of use

  1. General regulations
    1. In order to be able to access the services, the passenger:
      a) must be in possession of a travel ticket and a regular boarding pass
      b) must be in possession of a document for accessing the services (printed confirmation PIN/BARCODE)
    2. Within the context of the same journey, the PIN code can be used only once for each service selected and is not transferable.
    3. The passenger is obliged to observe the time limits established by the carrier for his/her presentation at the airport and at the boarding gate.
    4. In the case of flight cancellation or for any other cause, no refund of the price paid shall be given once the service purchased has been used by the reading or validating of the PIN code. The opening times of the VIP lounges must be observed. In the case of delayed flights, an extension of the opening times of the VIP lounges beyond the hours indicated is not envisaged.
    5. In the case of temporary unavailability of the services due to incidental causes (e.g. fault in the equipment or systems, VIP lounges unusable, etc.) Sacbo, in order to restore normal operation, shall endeavour, as far as possible, to take measures to minimise discomfort to passengers. The unused document (single PIN code or booklet/subscription) will entitle the passenger to use the service on a subsequent journey or request a refund. Failure to use the service will not entitle the passenger to request compensation for damage.
    6. Access and single carnet / subscription are valid one year from the date of purchase and are not refundable.
    7. In the case of communication of personal data, the passenger consents to processing of the same, in compliance with current legislation.
    8. The individual PIN code is valid for one admission only. Several individual PIN codes can be purchased at the same time, for example in the case of a family group, groups of friends or work colleagues, by performing only one payment operation.
    9. The booklet/subscription is valid for multiple admissions and is not transferable.

  2. Vip Lounge
    1. The VIP Lounge service offers passengers the possibility of waiting to board their flight in a dedicated and private room.
    2. In order to access the VIP lounge, passengers must show their document (confirmation PIN/barcode) to staff present in the lounge.
    3. An individual access PIN or a single admission pass of the booklet/subscription allow passengers to use both VIP lounges in the airport once only on the same day and allow one entry to the Fast Track lane.
    4. The two VIP lounges are located:
      a) departure area alongside the security check area
      b) commercial area near the boarding gates
      Suitable signs and logos will be located inside the terminal to facilitate identification of the lounges.
    5. Opening hours: the service is available from Monday to Sunday:
      a) from 04:30 am to 8:00 pm for the Vip Lounge near the security checks
      b) from 05:00 am to 10:00 pm for the Vip Lounge in the airside
      In the case of delayed flights, an extension of the opening times of the VIP lounges beyond the hours indicated is not envisaged. For operational reasons or extraordinary causes, the opening hours may be subject to changes.
    6. Pass holders are entitled to use the services available in the VIP lounges. Baggage check-in services are only available in the lounge situated in the departure area alongside the security checks.
    7. The VIP Lounge product is available as a single admission pass or a booklet of 5 admission passes.
    8. The single admission pass is valid for 12 months from the moment of purchase and permits only one entry to both VIP lounges. Once the 12 month period has expired, the code is automatically cancelled and can no longer be used.
    10. The booklet of 5 admission passes is valid for 12 months from the moment of purchase and permits only one entry to the two VIP lounges for each pass. All the passes can be used on the same day by several people. Once the 12 month period has expired, the code is automatically cancelled and can no longer be used. A refund cannot be requested once the VIP Lounge has been accessed.
  3. Fast Track
    1. This service allows entry to the security search area through a dedicated entrance which is different from the normal route taken by departing passengers.
    2. Fast Track does not guarantee the use of a dedicated security check point.
    3. The passenger is obliged to observe the safety regulations in force in the airport and the carrier’s policy regarding the transport of hand luggage and will therefore be subject to the associated checks.
    4. After passing through the Fast Track lane, passengers must make their own way to one of the security check points available.
    5. Sacbo SpA shall not in any way be held liable for flights missed due to late passenger arrival at the gate. Sacbo SpA shall not in any way be held liable for passengers refused entry to the boarding area due to a failure to observe regulations in matters of security or the policy of the carrier regarding hand luggage. Should, in the context of the same journey, the passenger need to use the dedicated Fast Track lane for a second time, he/she must be in possession of a new PIN code.
    6. The Fast Track lane is accessed through the Fast Track lane.
    7. The Fast Track product is available as a single admission pass or a booklet of 10 admission passes.
    8. The single admission pass is valid for 12 months from the moment of purchase. The single admission pass allows one entry to the Fast Track lane. Once the 12 month period has expired, the code is automatically cancelled and can no longer be used. A refund cannot be requested once the pass has been validated.
    9. The booklet of 10 admission passes is valid for 12 months from the moment of purchase. The passes can all be used on the same day by several people. Once the 12 month period has expired, unused passes can no longer be refunded. A refund can however be requested within the time limit of validity if the service has not been used.
  4. Vip Card

    5. The exclusive VIP service card offers a wide range of benefits:

    Vip Card Standard

    1. unlimited access to the VIP lounges
    2. dedicated check-in desk for passenger and luggage check-in operations
    3. unlimited Fast Track service accessed through the VIP lounge
    4. up until 5 consective days of car parking (with the exception of Car Park P1 dedicated to short stays) and a discount of 30% on subsequent car parking (with the exception of Car Park P1 dedicated to short stays
    5. snacks and drinks
    6. newspapers and magazines at your disposal for reading
    7. tv with connection to SKY
    8. work stations with power sockets for personal PC use
    9. WiFi service
    10. discounts and incentives in subscribing sales points in the airport
    11. discounts at selected companies in the local area

    Vip Card Plus

    1. unlimited car parking (with the exception of Car Park P1 dedicated to short stays)
    2. unlimited access to the VIP lounges
    3. dedicated check-in desk for passenger and luggage check-in operations
    4. unlimited Fast Track service accessed through the VIP lounge
    5. snacks and drinks
    6. newspapers and magazines at your disposal for reading
